Sam Mathew is the President and CEO of AKER Business Group, a holding company focused on acquiring and scaling businesses from retiring founders or those seeking growth capital. Over the past seven years, he has launched three companies—Tygrus, Anu Sushi, and Jeva Packaging—and is a key investor in sustainable and high-impact ventures.

With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Sam has led international product launches and operations across Asia and the Middle East. His expertise spans business operations, supply chain management, and cross-border trade.

Passionate about supporting nonprofits and fostering community growth, Sam actively contributes to initiatives that promote environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment. He volunteers with organizations focused on youth mentorship, job training, and small business development in underserved communities.
